Devra was born & raised in Metuchen, N.J. except for 2 years living in Israel. She is the daughter of a Cantor & mom is known in Israel as BG (Barbara Goldstein, Nat'l Board Member of Hadassah & Deputy Executive Director of Hadassah Hospital in Israel).  She has 2 sons., Yoni, age 18, now on Year Course in Israel, & Eitan, age 15, both Hadassah Associates;  she is Past President of the Puerto Rico Chapter, married to Robert Miller, son  of Charlotte & Jerry Miller. Now residing in NYC/NJ/Puerto Rico.
